Refund Policy

To get a refund for an item that has a defect or a packaging error, all you have to do is complete the return form. You have fifteen (15) days from the reception of the package to return your product. Choose one of the following options:

  • Return your purchase directly to the Service Auto Premium auto shop
    To make a return to the auto shop, you can drop off your purchase with the shipping box
  • Return your purchase by postal service
    You can also return a purchase by mail

In case of an error by us or a package that is damaged during transport, we will cover the return costs of the initial shipping.

BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MUST CONTACT US BY TELEPHONE TO GET A RETURN NUMBER AND RETURN FORM.

The item being returned must be in new condition (unused, clean, odourless and stain-free) with the original labels and packaging.

Additional return charges will apply if the returned product is not in new condition.

Also, if an item is non-refundable, or not in resale condition, notably when it has already been used, the refund will be refused. The item will then be returned to you and we will charge you for the shipping.

To facilitate the management of returns for online orders, we do not exchange products, we only refund them. If you want to exchange the product you have received, all you have to do is request a refund and then make a new order.

Order Error

Your merchandise was verified and carefully packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, if you notice an error or an item is missing from your order, contact us immediately.

For any order error by us or a product damaged during transport, a return number is required. This number will enable you to avoid paying shipping costs. To get a return number, please contact us by phone at 418 878-1616.

Shipping Costs

In case of an error by us during the processing of your order, or a product damaged during transport, the initial shipping costs will be refunded only if you have obtained a return number.

Otherwise, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and we will deduct the amount of the return shipping from your refund to cover shipping costs to return the product.

However, if an item is non-refundable, or not in resale condition, notably when it has already been used, the refund will be refused. The item will then be returned to you and we will charge you for the shipping.

Return Period

For an error by us during the processing of your order, or an item that is damaged during transport, you have seven (7) days from the reception of the package to contact us and get a return number.

For a simple refund, you have fifteen (15) days from the reception of the package to return the product.

Return Procedure

In case of a delivery error, contact us to get your return number and return form.

  • Fill out the return form
  • Insert the form and a copy of the invoice, if possible, into the box
  • Bring your package to a Canada Post office to have it shipped

The processing time for the refund may take up to thirty (30) business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to respect the return procedure, as well as the time restrictions described above.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is properly and safely packaged when returning a purchase.
